To Report An Absence

To report an absence for your student, please call the number below. Alternatively, you can report the absence through PowerSchool.

Absence Line: Dial (973) 378-7660, then use option 1

Reporting Absences Via PowerSchool (Secondary)

Instructions:

1. Log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal (click here).
2. Click on the eCollect Forms link.
3. Click on "Student Absent Notification".
4. Confirm / edit the date and time.
5. Fill in the reason for the absence.
6. Click Submit.
